You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph898's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph898 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: (a) Platform unavailability or downtime; (b) technical malfunctions or game interruptions; (c) unauthorized access to your Account; (d) actions of third-party payment providers; or (e) any Force Majeure event.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph898 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
ph898 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; regulatory requirement; or any other reason ph898 deems sufficient at its sole discretion.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph898 Support via Live Chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to KYC clearance) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure unless wagering requirements have already been fully met.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations apply to all gaming activities conducted on the ph898 Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
